ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Social)
Job Description
Account Management (60%)
- Be responsible for project execution such as solve problems related to quality of service, timeline & budget.
- Be capable of strategic planning including budget appropriation, quotation estimating, and judging.
- Take the responsibility for managing the current clients and new clients.
- Ensure that the project is making smooth internal & external progress.
Client Service & Business Development (40%)
- Support BOM Team to approach new clients for selling Meta Credentials and take care the current clients.
- Analyze and research data and trends to plan strategy and create a selling-competitive plan.
- Be a consultant to give advice and recommendation to the Client about Chin Corp.
- Build and maintain a good relationship with the client.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 years experience in an Account (Prefer Digital/Social Media Agency).
- Level of language proficiency: Good verbal, presentation-style, and written communication skills in both English & Vietnamese
- Soft skills/ competencies: Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong and flexible communication and interpersonal skill to communicate effectively with the internal and external teams
- Ability to work effectively in high pressure & with cross-functional teams
