1/ Job Description

• Deliver timely execution of store operation
  • Manage sales operation for Brands’ E-store on Ecommerce Platforms (Tiki, Shopee, Lazada, Sendo)
  • Develop and upload product listings for Ecom stores in accordance to best practices;
  • Maintain pricing & promotion schemes for assigned stores and perform ROI analysis to maximize sales performance
  • Manage all channels’ seller centers to ensure highly positive E-store ratings from buyers
  • Monitor and develop store decoration to boost up sales engagement
  • Work closely with different stakeholders to collaborate for the best sales operation solutions on Ecommerce platform
• Research & develop E-commerce solution:
  • To be expert of all Ecom platforms’ tools and new developments and ensure E-stores are updated with all new developments
  • Research & perform multi analysis (Traffic/Conversion Rate/ROI/Sales Forecast/Inventory) for future learnings & opportunities

2/ Job Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
• Data-driven mindset and good analytical skills
• Experienced to manage and operate Ecommerce store (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki) is a plus
• Commercial-driven mindset, flexible and collaborative attitude
• Experienced in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
